3. Booking and Payment
- Inquiries: You can submit inquiries about our services through the contact forms available on our site or by contacting us directly via phone or email.
- Quotes: Upon receiving your inquiry, we will provide a detailed quote based on your specific requirements. Quotes are valid for a specified period as indicated on the quote.
- Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement (where applicable) and/or a deposit as specified in your quote.
- Payment Terms: Payment terms, including deposit requirements and final payment due dates, will be clearly outlined in your service agreement or quote. All payments are to be made in the currency specified.
4. Cancellations and Amendments
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made by the client may incur charges to cover costs already incurred by Lumina Provisions. Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your service agreement.
- Amendments: Any changes to confirmed bookings, including guest numbers or menu choices, must be communicated to Lumina Provisions in writing as soon as possible. We will endeavor to accommodate changes, but this may result in adjustments to the final cost.
5. Dietary Requirements and Allergies
Lumina Provisions takes all reasonable precautions to accommodate specified dietary requirements and allergies. It is the client's responsibility to inform us of any and all dietary restrictions, allergies, and intolerances for all guests at the time of booking confirmation or as soon as they become known. While we take great care in preparing special meals, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment due to the nature of our kitchen operations.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and culinary creations (where applicable for representation), is the property of Lumina Provisions or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
